Conference Language
The general conference language will be English. Thus, please prepare your oral and poster presentations in English!
Oral Presentations
Upload of Presentations
Before the conference (until Tue, Sept 27th 18:00) it is possible to upload your presentation online: Presentation Upload
After this, the Speakers should bring their presentation to the Speaker Ready Room (Raum Serles, Ground Floor), preferably on a USB Stick. Here, you will also have the opportunity to review the presentation. Please bring your presentation at the latest before the start of the previous session or the day before if it is the first session in the morning.
Presentation Guidelines
Please provide your presentation in MS Powerpoint (.pptx) or PDF format (.pdf).Slides should have an aspect ratio of 16:9 (wide screen).
Talk duration: Please note that the time slots for your talk given in the program contain 3 minutes for discussion, respectively:
15 minutes (6 speakers in a session): 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for questions,
18 minutes (5 speakers in a session): 15 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentation
The recommended poster size is A0 (84 x 119 cm), upright (portrait).Please bring your printed poster with you. The materials to mount the posters will be provided.
The poster numbers will be provided prior to the conference.
The poster session will be on Thursday, September 29, from 4 - 6 pm. We encourage the authors to mount their posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them up for the duration of the conference.
